Hearkening back to the days of King Henry VIII, this French design of the 16th century evokes images of the meet between the King of England and Francis I of France at the Field of the Cloth of Gold, the last great display of Medieval Chivalry.
Product Description
This unique fabric shimmers with a light, golden background, accented by rich colors of red and deep gold to create a Fleur de Lis, cross, and scroll work detail. The pattern would be stunning for use on a bishop miter, as orphrey trims for a cope, priest chasuble, or as altar hangings. It would be lovely to use as a Roman Chasuble or to create a unique and special Latin Mass Vestment Set.
